HYL REGISTRATION WAITING LIST

HYL has three League to choose from: K-2nd Grade School Recreational, 3rd-6th Grade School Recreational, and 3rd-8th Grade School Competitive League. Please identify which league your player would play in if space become available.
Please enter the grade the player will be attending in the 2025-26 school year.
Please enter the school district your player attenbds school.
Please provide the School your player attends. If homeschooled, please provide the school your player is zoned to attend.
Please submit any coaches request, or any other information you would like us to have.
