2026 HYL/MLK Weekend School Ball Tournament

What You Need To Register Your Team:

1. Name: Team names will be High School Feeder School Represented, Grade, and Gender (example: Ferris 4 Boys or Central Valley 6 Girls)

2. Team Grade Level (Current school year grade)

3. Team Gender

4. Head Coach (Legal Name, DOB, Address, Phone, Email)

5. Team Contact - if different from the Head Coach - Legal name, Date of Birth, Phone, Email)

6. Assistant Coach - must have 1, 2 maximum (Legal Name, DOB)

7. Players Information - 5 minimum, 12 maximum) (First/Last Name, DOB, Current Grade Level, Current School Attending, Jersey #.

Reminders: ALL players must be from the SAME High School Feeder pattern. (School ID's or report cards maybe requested to verify)
