2025/26 HOOPTOWN TOURNAMENT SERIES

• Registration for all three Hooptown Tournaments opens September 5, 2025.

• New this season, teams have the option to register for all three tournaments at once, or one at a time like in the past.

BOO BALL FALL Classic - October 25th and 26th

Guaranteed deadline: October 10th, 2025 (unless it fills prior to date listed)

Santa Slammer Winter Classic - December 20th and 21st

Guaranteed deadline: December 5th, 2025 (unless it fills prior to date listed)

*Note: Depending on registration numbers, this tournament will have two divisions per grade: Gold (Club Teams) and Silver (School Ball Teams)

Hooptown Championships Tournament - February 21st and 22nd

Guaranteed deadline: February 6th, 2026 (unless it fills prior to date listed)

• All tournaments are team registrations. Coaches must form teams prior to registering.
• Grades: 3rd - 8th grade.
• Cost: $450 per tournament
• Cost: $1350 for all three tournaments.
• A player may play up a grade level but cannot play below his or her grade level.
• A player may only be rostered on one team for the tournament.
• Hooptown does not charge a gate fee for spectators. You may attend any game at any facility throughout the weekend.
• This tournament is a qualifier for the Washington State Championship scheduled for March 2026 (Girls: March 13-15 and Boys: March 20-22).

This registration will allow you to provide coach/contact information, roster information, sign-off on waivers/consents and submit payments.

Please read through each section carefully to ensure that all the information provided is accurate.

The team roster must have a minimum of 5 players and not exceed 12 players. We will need the following information for every player you roster:

• Player's First Name/Last Name
• Current Grade Level
• Current School Attending
• Date of Birth
• Jersey #

We no longer require AAU Cards - Spokane Regional Basketball Club as of this year, has its own event insurance policy.

Every head coach, assistant coach (1 mandatory/2 maximum) must provide their legal name and their date of birth.

To complete the registration process, you must pay online with either your Visa, MasterCard, or Electronic Check (online service fee applies).

Please note - we do not charge a gate fee. You may attend any game at any facility throughout the weekend at no additional cost.

A Player may play up a grade level but cannot play below his or her current academic grade level.

A player may only be rostered on one team for the tournament.

This tournament is a qualifier for the Washington State Middle Schools Championships in March of 2026.

Tournament schedules will be posted NLT 5 days before the tournament starts.
